1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

2. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Shipping is available worldwide.

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

The shipping time may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:

– Handle time: 1-5 business days.

– Shipping time for USA: 5-7 business days.

– Shipping time for international: 10-25 business days.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We cannot ship your order to more than one address. But! This doesnt mean you have to have then shipped back to yourself, violating their rule. Just submit the order and change the shipping address when prompted.

 

5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We dont offer shipments to Military APO/FPO addresses.

 

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

We are unable to offer local VAT (Value Added Taxes) in countries outside the US. All taxes duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may or may not incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your customs department for more information about your countrys customs policies

 

7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

Sometimes, things go wrong and were not able to fulfill orders as promised. This usually occurs outside of our control. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. If you have not received your order after 45 business days, please feel free to contact us by email. The customer care department will receive your case, and well help provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstance. We ask that any claims on late delivery be filed no later than 60 business days from the date of order placement.
